Just finished a new review! Here’s a quick excerpt below:
First Impression
I really don’t like Piczo or any free hosting site that has a bunch of pop-up ads so my first reaction was “ugh”. You really might want to look around for some free sub-domain hosting if you want to get taken seriously. The first thing I thought when I saw your layout was, “…whoa creepy”. It’s haunting and not in a good way. 
I also felt that this was a typical layout someone would make if they’re really new to Photoshop. I noticed that you tried to create some sort of black collar at the base of your neck but this was executed quite poorly as well as the extremely thick eyeliner.
I also can’t find a link back to my site anywhere which means you didn’t read the rules.

First Impression
Whoa, PINK! Your layout is so pink. Pink is my favorite color but I think the headers’ laced heart background is going a little overboard. I do like the background though. It’s cute that you also have an accompanying favicon.

I’ve finally launched the Reviews section so go ahead and apply for a review. I will post excerpts of the review here but essentially each review will have its own page and comments will be turned on. I am thinking of adding other types of reviews such as books, movies, restaurants, etc but that will all happen later. For now, apply for a review!
